In 1985 Andrea bought her Florida dream home and for many years split her time between Englewood and New York. Brett finished college and relocated shortly there-after. Andrea
and Brett's Florida history dates back to 1974 when Brett's grandparents
first moved to the Englewood area, upon visiting they fell instantly
in love with the white sandy beaches, old Florida setting and laid back
lifestyle. They knew that someday they would call Englewood their home.
